Disability Insurance

Business owners can opt for a disability insurance plan that pays business costs for up to 18 months if the owner is out on disability.  We also pull quotes from Assurity Life, Principle Financial and Metlife.

Short-Term Disability
If you are sick or hurt, this disability insurance pays lost income for up to $5,000 a month for 2 years with 0 elimination days. You get benefits from day one. There are 2 varieties of short-term insurance:
• Individual                    • Self-Employed

Long-Term Disability
Replace lost income up to $12,300 a month based upon proven income up to age 67 if you are disabled and cannot work.

Life Insurance
